This is a more earthy blend that needs some air. Really opened up when we let it breathe in the bottle a bit. Plummy, chocolatey, and earthy with unexpected pops of black cherry fruit. Paired better with the butter popcorn than the chocolate pudding. I will try this with a pasta or cheeseburger next time... Drank while watching Tommy Boy with Romeo.
