She’s an elegant lady with just enough age. Beautiful nose of walnuts, dried apple, and pear. Amazing bouquets of floral and funky earth. Finished with blazing acidity! Mac’s comparison to grand cru Riesling is very fair.

I know, I know...infanticide. But easily the best Vin Jaune I've had. Sandalwood, leather saddle, celery and the energetic acid. Finish for daaaaayz.
