Magnum. Looking good. Still very fresh and primary. Plenty of life ahead of it still.

Crimson in colour. Sappy cherry aromas - earthy notes. Sour cherry flavours, juicy red fruits, some spice. Light to medium bodied palate and tannins. Apparently a little bit of Chardonnay goes into the blend with the Gamay. Obviously more a summer than a winter drink but curiosity got the better of me. I don’t drink much Beaujolais but this was highly recommended by Roscoe at Prince Wine Store in South Melbourne. Congratulations @PrinceWineStore for being named in the Top 10 Wine Stores in the World! Saw the list in the regular email I get from Acker in New York. Acker were #1 ; Berry Bros and Rudd in London were #2 .

Another ripping 2017 Beaujolais. Is such a baby but brimming with boysenberry and dark cherry fruit. So bright and lively.

Roses, hibiscus, cherry, strawberry, raspberry, cinnamon and warm earth. Lively acid, supple and near non existent tannin. Alcohol slightly noticeable. Pretty simply really but delicious

2015 Beaujolias is the new Rhone. Big ripe fruit that almost tastes like Grenache. I don't know if it's a blessing or curse...

Lovely red berries, fresh acidity, medium body and alcohol, rather charming and incredibly easy to drink. Yum!
