Classic nose of green pepper. Same on the palate. Beautiful deep purple. Haven’t had a carmenere. In a long time.

Another damn good Carmenere. Picked this up for $17 - ruby red as all hell. So much so it leaves a rose tint on the glass. Nose is peppery with chocolate. Tastes similar with a peppery finish. Nice acidity, yet well balanced with ripened fruit
