Amazing this is the same grape as the New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. White peach, grapefruit, honeydew, slate, citrus rind, pear.

Super grassy nose and palate - reminds me of eating a salad without dressing. Pretty sour too.

On the nose, hints of honeysuckle, with bright green apples, and soft peaches, citrus notes.

On the palette, the green apples comes out more with lime. This acidic, crisp, fruit forward wine is really good.

Drink up!
