Feb 22nd, 2014Less than 30 wineries when he started now there are 800. Fresh peach and apple red delicious cherry and a nice touch of mineral. Likeniting into a fresh peach a touch if sweetness but Nicely balanced acidity leaving the tongue salivating for food. Tongue tingly minerality. Finish 35+ very good+

Aug 13th, 2016Substantial wine with body and 12.5% alcohol. Green apple, musk, a little spicy in the way a Szechuan peppercorn is. Warm and long finish. Great Riesling, maybe a bit less fruity than others in the same class.
