Reductive on opening and has, well, mostly blown off after a few hours. A hint of quince and green apple. Underripe green fruit. Brisk crispness and zesty acid, some pretty Chenin texture on the palate. Magic would be an overstatement.

Magic of Ju-Ju. Chenin, Sauvignon, and Muscadelle. Mosse does whatever it wants (i.e. Vin de France). Sweet fruit and honey on the nose. Gorgeous juicy, tart, off-dry tropical fruit. Subtle and pleasant.

2020 vintage. Was very excited to try it but the blend changed to 70% Chenin and 30% Loin de L’œil sourced from Gaillac. Still has good viscosity but lacking complexity. Good melon and citrus fruit.

Tropical fruit, honey, popcorn, white flowers, and a hint of almond. Incredible texture and lazerblade acidity. I was waiting to try this one and definitely wasn't let down

Glou-glou and moreish, just evaporates from the glass and bottle. Prefect mix of honeyed orchard fruit and bright citrus, refreshing and juicy. Homerun, especially at the price.
