Spago Prosecco

Beige gold with very fine frizzante bubbles. Chalky green apple on the nose, added to dried white flowers and lime zest on the light, bubbly (natch) palate. Palate-cleansing acidity marries the fizz resulting in an excellent accompaniment to brunch or take-out Chinese-American fare. Drop in a candied hibiscus for extra fun. Drink it when you buy it, of course.

Straw yellow color with light bubbles. Tart fruity nose. The palate shows lively acidity and citrus flavors. The wine is overly sweet. Pass. Tasting Sample.

Smells of freshly baked lemon-cranberry muffins and green apple skin. Creamy but delicate body and tight bubbles makes for a great value.. A winner at $12.99.

Christmas mimosas 2017

Quite sweet; a little bubbly. Apples and pears. Probably would be better in a mimosa

Great Prosecco even on its own! Paired it with a spicy shrimp and potato soup
