Pale yellow white, excellent clarity. Not much nose initially, floral and perfumed notes emerge as chilled wine warms. Floral, wax, honey and lemon Pez flavors, mineral and lactic finish. Semi dry, good acidity throughout. Slight skin astringency. In my book, the perfect summer varietal.
