As pumped to try Johannes' Pinot Blanc for the first time as he looks! Dry, lightly floral, great texture.

Just as I think Pinot Blanc should be: chalky, dry, refreshing and simple. Little but of white flower and honey on the midpalate.

Not bad by any means, just not for me. I don't like whatever the end note is that stays with you.

Amazing with sushi.

Pear, pineapple, lime, and chalk. Bright and dry. Medium plus acid.

With takeout.

2017 in late 2019. Very dry but a Mosel with lots of flavor. Not a lot of residual sugar. Parr’s well with a variety of food
