When first open it and try there was a nose of sulfit and in the mouth some jest. We decanted it and togheter with the food the wine was grate! We ate entrecote of lamb fried in thyme, rosemary and garlic. Served with ratatouille. I think the wine will grow with some ageeing. Thanks to our friends M and N

Sep 29th, 2017Une robe sombre, des arômes de sous-bois, de fruits noirs et de café au nez. En bouche, les arômes de café sont bien soutenus par une astringence légère à modérée. Rond, ce vin est très agréable !
