When first open it and try there was a nose of sulfit and in the mouth some jest. We decanted it and togheter with the food the wine was grate! We ate entrecote of lamb fried in thyme, rosemary and garlic. Served with ratatouille. I think the wine will grow with some ageeing. Thanks to our friends M and N

Ive always liked this wine for its floral and garrigue notes. The Syrah is coming through a bit more this year. Even better day 2

Restrained nose, powerfull Grenache fruit with English licorice finish. Firm tannins but very enjoyable with grilled meat.
