Vintage 2017 | Good concentration and a certain complexity

Vintage 2007 - curious grape, Pignolo, difficult to find because it almost dissapeared. Good half transparant colour, brown rim, deep crimsom in the glass, liquorice smell, cherries, lots of and they come back in the taste with silky smooth tannins and amazing tension. This is a 'trouvaille'!!

Excellent, underrated #wine from #friuli 100% #pignolo #grape amazing juice that should be drunk 10 years after vintage. Current is 2009. Awesome!

Buy as much of this as you can find and put it away.
