Spicy nose to it. Which I liked. On first sip, little tannin forward. Lots of great deep red fruit flavors like cherry and blackberry. In love with the smell of this wine. Had an oaky taste to it. For sure cab franc and merlot feel prominent in this.

I just want to hug this bottle! (See what I did there?) Solid wine, especially since it's from the great white north. Tastes like it's from the motherland... Italy, not Brooklyn. The cork reads 'Dream and the world will conspire to make it so.' Brilliant.
