A strong blackberry and cinnamon aroma with even a hint of mint. Beautiful long and skinny legs. Wow, first sip....an explosion of bright fruits. I get an impression of Rainier cherry. Luscious is the best way to describe the body that quickly turns to a tart grapefruit juice tannin. There’s a hint of that baking spice thing on the back end. The finish is amazing, there’s a pleasant tingling heat that stays for quite some time. What a treat!

A gift from the neighbors to drink and eat together via zoom. Would not have guessed this was a zin blend. Great food wine: medium tannins and still fruit forward. Cheers!
