Exceptional.

Reminiscent of Tarte Tatin and baked pears. Very enjoyable and just what I need to remind me of Chardonnay's potential versus the gloppy, clumsy New World swill.

Straightforward fruit dominating the spice without a lot of complexity. A little light but still has some structure.
