Tasted blind. Amber tawny color, thin in the glass. Notes of cola, sweet fruit, mocha, some dusty earth and a little Swisher Sweet cigar. Light and dancing in the glass. While the fruit is a bit faded, this has that light acidity and decent structure that delivers great balance for what's left in this wine. Hung in there during the night but it was no match for the 71 Vogue Musigny next to it. Guessed mid-60's Musigny.

May 7th, 2022What s a nose. Intense roses, dark cherry, spice, black pepper. On the palate just delicious with a glossy, transparent mouthfeel. Intense but beautifully light and then really long. The nose on this is just beautiful and the wine is delicious. Wow.
