Beautiful and rich. A wine of delicious depth and rich flavor. Can compete with many of the world's great Chardonnays while avoiding the overoaking that plagues so many. Great food pairing wine.

160323 @ Oroom dining cheongdam pure chablis...tasty chablis.....interestingly tasteful... to be honest, i cant say i like chablis. but yermann is fantastic. everybody's loved it. wonder what would be like in 5 year time...
