Santa Ynez Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

Ok. Want to dig it, but don't. Potential outweighed by cheap undertones.

I don't dislike it...but...meh. Doesn't taste cheap but it's a struggle to find anything noteworthy

After party.........

Oak bomb. Undrinkable the first few hours out of the bottle. Had some the following night & it was ok. The fruit was a little more noticeable but, overall, still way too oaky. 😕

Needs to breathe a bit before it mellows out. The flavours are subtle.

Peppery

Rhis is the Real Deal. Great wine. Smooth mellow cab with great flavors. You will want to buy this by the case as the price will go up once it's been rates

Excellent aftertaste and nose

Big after decanting. Blackberry spice
