Single Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon

Not a fruit bomb this is quite good spice tannin and oak

Inky /ruby in color with a purplish rim.

Light on the nose with currants, blackberries, earth, wood, licorice, vanilla, cloves, white pepper, metals and cola.

Medium to full bodied with high acidity and fat legs.

Dry on the palate with blackberries, currants, cherries, bell peppers, black olives, cloves, oak, earth, spices and bitter herbs.
Medium finish with firm and bitter tannins, and peppercorn.

A Nice single vineyard, Argentinian Cabernet. Very earthy and interesting.
A bit mellow on the nose and with a bitter ending, which I didn't like. But, otherwise, was nice to sip on with hard cheeses and bitter green olives.

Smooth has that cab taste... leathery? Well rounded. Cherry on back of the throat but very mild

Fantastic aroma with lots of dill and sweet licorice. Not fully balanced but a fine wine.

Fruit bomb. Not my type of Cab.

Robust cab, soft tannins that build, slightly sweet (extraction), black cherry on the nose, follows on the palette, no green pepper, which I personally like
