A Block Single Vineyard Chenin Blanc

Nose is a little shy, but a little coaxing brings out some slightly bruised pear and apple, a slight spearmint note, and some crushed river stones. It’s got a nice initial whack of crisp fruit, but that fades fast and is replaced by crushed rock minerality. The lasting impression is one of mouthwatering acids. It’s interesting, but not a repeat purchase.

Super bright and delicious. Would drink this all day long.

Fresh and delicious! Honeycomb, beeswax, winter melon, and stone carry through to the palate. Add some white peach, too. The r/s level adds a bit of roundness to the wine's profile.

Stone fruit, honeycomb finish. Lt oak notes.

Clean fresh! Great with homemade flautas.

Color of beautiful gold. Nose is beautiful, with nutty fragrance, ice wine like honey notes, spice and mineral, and even good aldehyde. Taste is smooth and silky, with mineral, ripe fruit, nutty flavors, light Sauternes flavors, dried strawberries, mineral, complex and clean. Aftertaste of some spiciness, some green apple, zest, a bit mineral, tangerine, and savory. Like it a lot.

Medium plus lemon to gold. Sweet almond, savory notes of white asparagus, Yuzi, apple, grapefruit rind. Medium plus acidity, medium sugar, medium alcohol. My favorite in their 3 single vineyards.
