Excelente

Crisp and structured. Loads of mineral, white flowers, citrus and bitter almonds. Ever so slightly off dry. 100% Cortese. Starter wine in a Batasiolo dinner tasting.

Nariz: manzana, toronja, mineral (tiza).

Boca: seco, acidez M+, alcohol M. Buen balance, muy refrescante. Buen vino para diario.

Great acidity with a touch of residual sugar. Paired well a snapper ceviche
