This is a smooth blueberry plum beauty. Med bodied fruit forward with lots of acidity. I gave it a little chill before serving --perfect with pulled pork tacos. A 2015 that's ready to rock and at under $50 a bottle is a great burgundy value.

This bottle is showing much better than the last; less lactic and figgy, leaner and far more alluring. The stemminess adds an interesting bitter counterpoint and cinnamon character. Plum and red currant fruit aromas. Glad I waited on this last of two bottles.
