Bruised apple and pear. A little funk. Yeasty. I hate that this is my last bottle, but enjoyed a social distancing early Easter dinner with my parents and it made it 2 points better at least.

Linear, precise. You can tell the lack of oak aging. Just great stuff and perfect with a caramel apple galette.

Gorgeous turn around since LBT. Pure, ripe, delicious orchard fruits, brioche, toasted nuts, and chalk. Still a savory/starchy underpinning but this has opened up a lot. 2/2015 disgorgement

In a weird spot right now as is the case with a few '04's. Starting to develop but worthy of patience.

Remarkably earthy with plenty of nuance and elegance to spare. Requires some thought but rewards contemplation

Outstanding vintage farmer fizz. Drinking beautifully now, but I'd love to taste this again in 10 years.

Sorry...must have been evaporating from my glass :) Lovely vibrancy with a touch a that lovely Champagne-aged note.
