This is a spectacular Sonnenuhr, very rich nose and great palate. Such a finesse and flinty mineral nose. It’s very rich and powerful in the mouth, this is now after 3 years showing its shear potential with a bright and shiny future.

Wow! Incredible acidity, was like a apple jolly rancher. Sweet (it’s a German Riesling after all). Knockout!!!! Drank with Packer in Joshua Tree

The drink-by dates on CT end in 2020, but this btl is still so primary. On the nose:.pure tarragon, lime oil, mint..so fresh. On the palate, lovely acidity...strike that, pitch perfect acidity, cucumber, lime, tarragon, amazing density and such a savory finish. This is fantaaastic.

Very very good. Ready to go now, plenty of room to evolve. Laser acid, bone dry, but creamy and with weight. The weight helps to complete. Creme fraiche and dill with tropical lime, green apple and finish of bitter pith. Clean slate.
