Moulin-à-Vent Gamay

Shitake, balsa, dried red raspberry on the nose. Palate follows the fruit, but is watery and diluted. Chicory and weak raspberry tea on finish.

Mild, fruit forward without a ton of depth. Enjoyable quaffer.
