Classic lean Sonoma coast chard getting a bit oxidative. Got this for $6. Insane for that price.

Closed down, bracing acidity and tough as nails straight out the bottle.
After being open for 24 hours this is a different and slightly more welcoming wine showing better true varietal character.
Despite the slender body (12.8% ABV) I wouldn’t be surprised if this really will be singing in 3+ years.

90+ pts in my book today (after aeration).

2012 vintage; one of the hardest labels to photograph but a very easy wine to enjoy. Super clean, super tasty with nice weight, focus, mouthfeel and freshness. #windgap #sonomacoast #chardonnay

Delicious minerality balanced with oak and fruit. Light, refreshing. A Sonoma/new world chard that I can enjoy. Thanks @Anthony Lombardi for the rec!

Didn't love it. Citrusy. Tart. Not great value.
