Medium ruby red with a touch of garnet. Nice complexity on the nose with blueberries, leather, and anise. Medium tannins (5.5/10) and medium to medium plus body. Mix of blueberries, blackberries, leather and mixed spices. Well integrated and medium plus finish. Drink till 2019.

Delicious. There is a lot of 'burnt tire' Pinotage out there. Not even the slightest hint with this wine. 2013

Red and black cherry, dense cooked tobacco, barnyard, coffee and chocolate. This is dense, earthy stuff.

Warwick Estate Old Bush Vines Pinotage 2015: Medium-plus bodied. Soft tannins. Balanced acidity. Nice maturity & depth with bold fruit flavors. Black fruits. Raspberry. Mocha. Cedar. Spice. Long, dry finish. All in all, this is a great, easy-drinking flavorful wine. I am a big fan of South African Pinotage wines and for me, this hit the mark! Great value; solid choice! Very soft and flavorful. A good balance with spicy South African dipping sauces and bread.
