Sunny Sunday lunch with panzanella salad. Absolutely perfect. Didn’t notice the alcohol but refreshing acidity and restrained fruit worked for me!

Entry level GSM the nose and taste go hand in hand but the taste lingers on and is a lot lighter than the looks it gives, perfect with confit, lighter risottos, perfect and easy
