Hermitage Syrah

This was a very dark wine showing some fruit but more meat and savory elements. Did not show its age that much and drank great throughout the meal.

Fresh and lively. Crunchy. Sweet fruit and good acidity. Yum.

Smooth and spicy wine with just enough complexity to make it an interesting drink.
