Pale gold, lemon balm bouquet, dry, bright acidity, juicy crisp fresh lemon barley with a mouthfilling finish.
No oak is used in this blend of fruit from Marlborough and Hawkes Bay to emphasise its freshness.

Bright crisp apples with a slightly creamy mouthfeel and a mild citric tang to the finish. Paired well with Cantonese style salmon, purple rice, and baby kale salad with apples and walnuts.

Very smooth, easy drinking. Not overly sweet and no real aftertaste. Would definitely buy again

A decently light and somewhat sweet wine. Has a mild effervescent flavor and fruit flavor. Acidic without being offensive with a little lemon flavor. I would drink this again, but it immediately comes to mind as being a perfect wine for use in a light sauce such as a piccata.
