Delicious. Chateau Asuome at a third the cost. A beautiful wine full of luscious dried fruit in a perfect balance. Two hours decanter time and it begins to unfold. A great accomplishment.

One of the better CA Cabs I have had. Not a fan of CA Cab this wine has hung in amazingly well. Nice example of the variety in CA but could use a bit more structure.

Gorgeously perfumed. Such a baby, but lush and silky, so much depth, layers of cherry, plum, tobacco, candied flowers, earth, spice, more tobacco, goes on and on. Say what you will about Verite, yeah it's not cheap but some of the best damn wine I've had, particularly domestic. Until we meet again, Verite 😘

Beautifully aged, direct from the winery. Still fresh and vibrant, decades of potential maturing ahead. Aromas of ripe plum, red currant, raspberry and cherries. Even crunchy cranberry. Dried roses and savory herbs, leather and earth. Verite is one of my absolute favorite domestic Cabernet producers!
