Deceiving on the nose, for me at leas. Molasses on the nose. Lack of elegance for Amarone but overall a hit amongst piers I was drinking with.t @l 2004 vintage

This wine of benefits greatly from hours of decanting. It is such a beautiful wine I almost don't want to drink it but the taste beckons me anyway.
