Light and refreshing! Totally what I look for in this style of wine.

Fresh, fizzy and fun...

Light petillance and spritz on the palate. Simple, light on body and alcohol and fresh. Appley, pear, salad leaf and mineral.

Tasty for the value.

Light, dry and joyfully effervescent. More yellow colored than average. This Vinho Verde is almost dry Riesling like on its initial attack. Soft petroleum, racy acidity, and driven by its minerality, citrus blossoms, and crisp green apple notes. The finish is clean and packed with Asian pears.

Good example of Vinho Verde. Perhaps a touch light on fruit intensity but nicely refreshing.

Given to me as a present. Slight spritz on pouring. Not sure of the underlying quality, and very slight 'nail varnish' note towards the finish.
