Super tasty. Lime, golden apple, seashells. Serious, but not too. Broad and bright. What I love about 13 across the board. In regard to Chablis that is.

Very beautiful but also ready to drink. Plenty of apricot, honey and chamomile with a slightly herbal, but not unpleasant, quality.

Average wine. First bottle was decidedly flat and unenjoyable, lacking acidity and structure. Second bottle was better but not an impressive wine.

Can’t trust anybody slinging dauvissat without a picture these days. I think vinny slaps the -camus labels on the worst of his lots to meet quota for some family ownership deal. These just do not bleed that dauvissat signature though still beg almost the highest price in the category. For the money I should’ve held out for the straight VD chablis.
