Interestingly perfumed nose with cotton candy and coconut oil (?) notes. Palate shows off chocolate, bing cherry and red licorice. Finish is a bit shorter than most wines from To Kalon but can’t argue with the value.

Mar 9th, 2021Not the most refined expression of To Kalon but still very nice and good value. After a two hour decant had some nice secondary flavor development. Well balanced and enjoyable.
