This was a really smooth wine. Very easy to drink. Had it room temp wasn't as great as it was chilled just a bit

My first impression was that this wine was going to be too sweet. However, it has a big, full mouth feel that contradicted the initial sweetness. As it turns out, this wine was very easy to drink, and I usually had too many pours each evening!

Light red in color.

Nose of tart cherries and cranberries.
Sweet on the palate with blackberry, blueberries, figs and herbs.

Medium finish with peppercorn and soft tannins.

Ok everyday wine. Neither expensive nor sophisticated. Nothing wrong with that (every now and again ).

13.5% alcohol by volume.
