Some oak, lime, flint and sulfur. Bright lemon oil and slate in the palate. Vigorous and delicious.

Probably the flashier Premier Cru from Chassagne
Ramonet has an unmistakable touch for sure
Quite toasty to start it opens up with time and temperature rising in the glass
Pear, grapefruit
Roasted cashew, wet rocks, flinty
Ferns and altogether a fresh undergrowth from rainforest
The intensity of this wine is sublime as well as the balance and the long after taste
This wine could defeat time for a long period
An absolute winner

Elegant, fleshy and long
In balance already, but it has potential to age for quite a long time.

If you have it, don't open it
Far too young
Still delicious
Ramonet style, unmistakable
Wet rocks, little pear, very floral
Long and fresh, good weight too
A real gem

As fresh as you’ll ever find in a bottle of old Ramonet

Lime, slate, chalk, fresh and poised on the nose. Lovely balanced and clarity. Almost tangy minerality. Long.

Rather mute, not especially interesting this time around...but not a bad wine by any means. Felt a little clumsy and outdated compared to its blind colleagues side by side
