Sofie Belgian Style Farmhouse Ale

Very well balanced with a very small bit of sweetness but a nice bit of funkiness matched with a crisp, dry, slight white pepper thing going on. Real nice beer.

A touch sweet on the back end with crisp green banana on the front. Well balanced and thick lingering palate.

One of my favorites.

I feel like I used to like this more. Oak and spice feel a little heavy handed these days. Maybe the difference is drinking it on draft at the source vs. in bottle on the west coast. Maybe it's ABInBev.

Balancing out the coasts with some Chicago style.

Really like this beer. Very well rounded. Could drink a couple.

This is lovely.

Predominantly herbal tones but also fruity.

Birthday brew. The white pepper and fruit combo makes this. Tastes like the holidays!
