A firm, structured Syrah dominant blend. Not much fruit. Pepper and garrigue. Pair with meat or aged cheese.

Basically a lightened up Syrah. Very enjoyable and drinkable. 🙂

Like Band-aids• soaked in peppered prune juice, juicy texture but too bret-y for my taste. Lots of tannins with licorice on the finish.

Mostly red/black cherry dominates on the nose as well as blue berry. Dusty and stoney, no overwhelming oakyness. Palate: mostly unsweetened cherry syrup dominate when first opened it. Beside that nothing really interest me. Tried the next day, the wine opened up a little bit better. There was red/black cherry, black berry, blueberry and some herbs, cedar and eathyness on the nose. Showed more fruit on the palate still the artificial cherry syrup tone is still there but a lot milder compare to when first open it. Not my favorite Syrah blend wine.

Medium- to full-bodied blend. Complex and spicy. Great with lamb. #AOC #languedoc #minervois #delectableapp

So much charm for a lil price. Not quite the funkiness I've come to love from Minervois, but still a lot to love here.

Inky dark, satisfying. Oddly low on fruit, but still good. Well worth the $17.
