В аромате слышны табак, сухая листва, сушеные ягоды, копченый тон, сладкое подвяленное мясо.
Мощный вкус, тут уже выступают сочные ягоды, лавровый лист, ликерные тона, бальзамик.
Танины немного незрелые. Вину еще нужно развиваться, чтобы раскрыться полностью. Потенциал огромен.
Удивительно хорошо сочетается с шоколадным десертом.

Super old vines in clay soils. This is smack you in the face powerful with very firm tannins but there is an underlying elegance of fruit and structure to the whole package. It's hard to explain. Needs 20+ years

Big, big, big. Powerful black fruit, a lot of maple, char, brown spice character from new oak. Flamboyantly modern, but that's not pejorative

Savory and intense. Cured meat, olive tapenade, sour cherries, fig, and cocoa powder. Fairly dense on the palate with a briny undercurrent running throughout.
