Such an interesting blend, from nose to finish. Unbelievable refreshing remnant acidity, bright red fruit mid palate and uniquely round finish. Sadly quite past it’s prime tho , most the fruit is dead

Really floral on the nose. Acidity balanced out by effervescence initially which leads to notes of grapefruit and nectar.
