Bottle Struba and I shared on our first date!! <3 But that aside, we both really did love this wine. Full body, silky smooth finish. Great with red meat.

I picked this one up from The Wine Gallery. It's a Cabernet Sauvignon from Mendoza in Argentina. 'Las Perdices' is the name of the winery and translates to 'The Partridges - as in the birds - which were seen in the vineyard in the early days. Mr. Spittoon really loved this red and so did I - super fruit forward and bold.

On the eye it's a deep, rich scarlet colour. The nose is full of cherries, baking spice, and stewed black plums. The palate is full bodied, juicy and bold with a smooth texture. Flavours of sweet cherry and red liquorice made me fall in ❤️

All opinions are based on my own taste buds. Wine is subjective, so make sure you drink what you enjoy! #tcweekdaywine #tctastingnotes

For $21 a bottle at the restaurant, this is a steal! Very light body but can't beat the price
