Winemaker's Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon

Nicely done. Good showing.

Not a great finish. Solid and easy to drink but wish it had more finish.

Baking spices and tannins and stewed fruit. Probably could have gone a couple more years but we weren’t sure!!

Clearly Cali Cab! This is a convergence of black cherries and currants, peppery spice, tannin/skin contact/oak/structure. I would like more of a finish. Overall, superb wine!

Another lovely cab from Franciscan. On the nose, I get pepper, mint, gravel, and blackberry. On the palate, medium tannins, lavender, violet, green bell pepper, cherry, oak, and a smokey finish. #lifeisacabernet #winelife #napavalleywines

A whole lot of berry without a ton of oak. Still dry but not super cab dry. Well balanced.

Delightful wine. Velvety smooth and nice nose

09 pretty average. Lots of oak and a big round mouthfeel. Must be some American Oak on this because of the dill on top of the dark fruits.
