Piuze & the Moutard family of Champagne working together. This is a blend of fruit from Chablis & Petit Chablis, unoaked. Nervy tension & fresh acid driven fruit dances across the palate. The nose offers a great mix of citrus zest & floral notes which get deeper than expected at the Bourgogne level. A very good example of the fresh, bright style of Chardonnay.
