Winemaker's Blend Chardonnay

Crafted from vineyards in Sonoma, Monterey, and Napa Counties, labeled "Winemaker's Blend" departing from single appellation wine. Straw with aromas of stone fruit and baking spices. On the palate apple and pear flavors with citrus notes on good balance. Medium finish ending with sweet tones.

Not as sweet as most Chardonnays. I wouldn't say it's my favorite, but it's still pretty good.

One of my favorite Chardonnays

Thick layered oak

Ripe fruit, buttery sweet oak- perfect for a day in the sun.

Ruby rusty red; blue and dark and even dried fruits on the nose; some complexity on the palate including smoked melted hardened candy; medium finish and high alcohol. Looking out over Black Hills scenery makes up for the wine!

Classic Cali Chardonnay. Straw and citrus notes on the nose. Green and gold apple, hints of green pear, lemon cream, and vanilla + buttery oak. Nothing extraordinary, but it’s a budget-friendly no-frills buttery chard. Which is exactly what we were looking for tonight. Pairs nicely with our spicy tomato peanut soup.

Cheese smell and taste upon opening. Revisiting the next day was better. I don’t think off smells are ok for a table wine.

Decent Chardonnay. Both the best but certainly better than many.
