Súper deep color. Still too youthful even 5 years after vintage! The acidity is too high in relation to the ripeness and sweetness of the fruit. This wine seems rustic to me. Give it Another 5 years in the bottle. #graciano #rioja

Bright tart fruit busting from this single varietal. Finish of line zest and lingonberries

Loved this grape. New to us. Very similar structure and taste to a Petit Syrah. Dense.

100% new oak (no american)
Deeper with a great depth of blue & black fruits an iron ore mineral note, bit like a used red leather purse with bright red lipstick. Very plush in the mouth with rich, spiced black fruit, plush tannin and a long black fruited finish.

Killer. The one of my favorites from CVNE and clearly the dopest Graciano on the block.

This is the bomb! What a beautiful wine. Power and grace. What an achievement by Contino. This grape is hard to grow well. It’s name is literally ‘no thank you’ in Spanish!

Tasting well with salt and peppery food. Had it in Rioja and thought it was offensive and rustic but tasting so much smoother now! Deepest purple hue with a light but significant finish. Rare wine because it is a single vineyard 100% Graciano, not a blend. They normally blend this grape to give more fullness to wines of Rioja. Excited because it even pairs well with mom’s stinky radish kimchi (총각김치)

Powerful nose of red berries, stewed plums and rhubarb. Hints of wood smoke on a cold winters Strong, expressive tannins with a smooth finish. Red berries, spices. Great wine. Needs time.
