Limes, creamy lees, white nectarines, steel, candied nuts, pears. Great texture and density. Palate has a nice richness that is balanced by the acid. There's a great counter point of zippy citrus notes and fatter tones like cream and honey. Good now but definitely will evolve into something quite delicious.

Smooshy mushy overripe melons. Long, tingly finish. Extremely well balanced. I could drink this all goddamned day.
