This was great. Not the nobelist variety but this wine is structured and complex. Truly enjoyable. Medium tannin, moderate acidity. Not super aromatic, but really a nice wine by any measure and perhaps the most serious Freisa I've tried.

Still very tannic, hogh alcohol but perhaps not the fruit or body left to hold up to it!

Beautiful minerality. Tomato skin, orange peel, lemon zest, tea leaves, grape stems, and thyme. Elevated acidity and body (14.5%). Diminished tannins.
