This '12 Petite Sirah was pure silk but it still had a really solid body... My tastebuds are slightly confused, but happy.

Thin, watery mouthfeel. Tasted from magnum. Manipulated nose. Already over the hill. Sad for an overpriced 8 year old wine.

Aromas of ripe bramble berry, fig jam and cherry. Flavors of blackberry, coffee and cherry cola. Medium finish, not overly tannic. A little too fruity for my palate but a lovely wine if that's what you like.

Even a 2001 was a bit too young to drink.

Celebrated Valentines Day with this 2009 beauty! It was spectacular; leather and smoke followed by boysenberry filled earth. It was perfect with our steaks!

2001 Petite Syrah, deep purple, very complex that continues to age to perfection. Blackberry, leather minerals, finishing with good tannins, this was my last bottle.
