Not shabby at all for a wine selected to go into a sauce. Makes for excellent sipping while cooking.

I really love this wine, from the amazing aromas to the citrus fruit and ending with really well balanced minerality.

Great example of a Continental sauv Blanc. Straw colored. Aromas of grape must and Citra hops. Lush, dry with nice minerality and grassy and green apple flavors.

Wet earth, ripe Apple and pear. Lemon zest. M+ acid. M body. Lemon, minerality. Complex long finish. Refreshing. Kind of funky in a good way.

Very steely. Some citrus. Has the gravelly characteristics of a pessac.
